The facility was described perfectly. It was clean and fresh the only downside was the couch bed, finding the "sweet spot" without the bar took a night or 2.
The smoke alarm goes off if the oven or stove top is turned on so be ware.

Overall, a solid stay. Nice distance from the beach, comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen appliances and nicely sized place. The smell took a little getting used to. There were a few things that we felt could have been nicer to have not cheeped out on. But overall enjoyed our stay!
