About this house rental
This Brand-New Luxury Single family Home, 8 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. 2 Suite downstairs, 3 Suites upstairs, 3 kid bedrooms, spacious loft upstairs, equipped kitchen, screened Private Pool & Spa. Game Room includes pool table, foosball table, TV with Xbox, and 2 arcades. The home has a movie theater with a 150-inch projector and speaker system 82-inch TV in the living room and beautiful fireplace TV. Newly furnished & decorated. Washer & Dryer. Internet & cable included.
Close to Disney/Universal. 20 minutes to Disney, 30 Minutes to Universal studios
Championsgate Resort has an awesome clubhouse called The Oasis which is available to all guests and includes resort-style pools with a hot tub, waterslide, a lazy river, and a kids splash park.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge
- $40 per day.
- Minimum 3 consecutive days. Heating is for the entire stay or none at all.
- Temperature: Pool is set to be heated to 89 and SPA 104
- Must be requested 48hrs in advance.
- Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Pool and SPA get heated alternatively/separately.

3) Early check in/check out - Subject to availability with an additional fee if the house is available.

- A spacious and bright, open-plan living area on the ground floor for groups and families to spend time together with access to the enclosed private pool and spa on the back patio.
- A beautiful dining area with a dining table which seats 10 for a more formal sit-down meal plus 5 stools at the breakfast bar
- The private pool with jacuzzi in back has day bed and lounging chairs, outdoor dining area, and sofa seating for those outdoor days by the pool
The kitchen is brand new with beautiful stainless steel appliances and comes fully-equipped featuring:
- A full-size refrigerator/freezer
- Double Oven and stovetop
- Blender
- Hand held mixer
- Dishwasher
- Keurig Coffee maker and kettle
- Microwave and toaster
- Airfry
- All dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, etc.
The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
Please note, the home is 2 stories and it does require guests to climb stairs to access the upper floor.

-Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house to keep the house clean during your stay. There is a shoe rack at front entrance.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID at gate on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed (except Service dog "Please provide certified, trained or licensed as a service animal")

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is just as advertised and the owner was very easy to work with. The kids (ages 9 - 13) loved the game room, movie room, and pool. The home was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay, 6 children ages 6-11 and 6 adults. Very comfortable , beautiful house. Children had a great time in the game room and movie theater. We look forward to our next stay. 😊

House was very clean. Host had the house set up to make u feel very welcome. Host was always easy to reach if u have any questions. We stayed with 6 children, ages 5 to 9, they thoroughly enjoyed the game room and movie theater. We had a great time and hope to go back next year.

This property was the best out of any property I’ve booked before I was really impressed with this bnb it was awesome beautiful and so much fun with the movie theater and has a Publix near and restaurants best trip out of every trip I’ve ever had!! I really recommend anyone to stay at this home it will blow your mind we had such a great stay! And the host was very attentive and nice and respond right away
