About this house rental
Beautiful house, in a private residence with swimming pool.
Privileged location, on the seafront in Empuriabrava and on the canal.
House divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor is a private garage with one bedroom and a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. This room is not air conditioned and is not recommended for young children, as it is independent from the rest of the house.
The first floor consists of a spacious living / dining room with terrace, a modern open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs give access to the second floor where you will find two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor, there is a very large solarium terrace where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house, renovated in 2014, is located right in front of the beach and has a private swimming pool reserved for the guests of the residence (6 houses).
Private garage, WIFI, satellite TV (national, English, French and German programs), air conditioning in the two main bedrooms.

Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe with more than 25 km of navigable canals. Its maritime promenade with bars, restaurants and recreational areas for children, its wide range of leisure activities (parachuting center, wind tunnel, boat rental, water sports, etc.) make this small town an ideal option for families, as well as for couples or groups of friends.
