About this house rental
Escape to the beauty of the Chain O'Lakes to spend the weekend or a lengthy stay on the shores of Lake Pistakee. Enjoy our lakefront (west facing) cottage with enough beds to sleep 6. Our home is the perfect getaway to enjoy everything from fishing & water sports to dining and nightlife and even snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. Or maybe its for no reason at all except to simply relax lakeside and relish the breathtaking views.
Our home is located at the end of a secluded drive with parking for 2 vehicles. Unit 2 is located down the hill and is closest to the lakefront. There is an outdoor deck with a gas grill, 2 tables and chairs for 8, perfect for entertaining and dining. There is a private fire pit in the grass area, near the lake.
The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials...pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, blender, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Oil, salt and pepper are provided. The kitchen also has table seating for 6 and a small stand up counter area.
The living room has a 60" TV with cable and DVD player, along with sleeper sofa, 2 chairs and a gorgeous west view of the lake.
The 2 bedrooms have their own TV and a Sony Streaming Blu-Ray/DVD players with WiFi for streaming other entertainment platforms. Each are equipped with a queen bed, dresser and closet space.
The bathroom has a shower.
A washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for use as needed. There is a Pack n Play crib and a queen air mattress.
There is free wifi/internet available for your visit and parking available for 2 or more cars, boat/snowmobile trailer and 1 complimentary boat slip, if needed.

Great place with everything we needed. Wonderful deck to take in the lake view and sip a drink and eat. Nice shower and bathroom. Very clean and would definitely come back. One thing, the air bed has a leak and flattens out after a few hours. Otherwise,a perfect getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house for a few days on the lake with friends. The yard is spacious and perfect for games, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The back patio was a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful lake views. The kitchen was stocked, though it could benefit from updated cookware, dishes, and utensils. The driveway is quite steep, so just something to keep in mind, especially when arriving after dark. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there.
