There are 2 hot tubs on site that you are welcome to use. They are open form 9AM - 10:30PM. Max group 6 people at a time. Can`t forget the gym and underground car wash.

A 15-minute walk to downtown Canmore, you are surrounded by other condo complexes with excited, happy tourists. Restaurants, Cafe`s and shops are a 5-minute walk down Bow Valley Trail.

- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)

Jason and Emma were very attentive hosts. They replied to my messages almost right away and even provided suggestions for restaurants and things to do around Canmore and Banff. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. We will be back!

Hi,
A little feedback from our stay at your great condo with amazing Mountain views.
Check in was super easy. The condo was very clean, well stocked with pots, pans and other cutlery. It was a cozy place to unwind in front of the fireplace after a day of exploring areas of Canmore that we have never seen before. I must say there was only one wine glass and should be stocked with 4.
The host, Josh reached out on several occasions to ensure we checked in without incident and had what we needed.
Will definitely recommend staying at this property to others and we will be renting from this host for future Canmore visits.
