The fully stocked kitchen features a convenient kitchen island, providing ample space for preparing meals and enjoying delicious home-cooked feasts.
Blue Beary Hill boasts two luxurious king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities and a refreshing shower. These private sanctuaries offer the perfect space to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of adventure in the wilderness.

• Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks/ etc.
• Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is left at each property)
• Condiments
• Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
• Ice (some ice makers can be finicky)
• Personal Toiletries
Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!
Below is a list of the items:
• 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
• 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bottle of dish soap
• 2 sponges
• 4 dishwasher pods
• handful of tall kitchen garbage bags
• handful of coffee pods
• Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee
• Coffee filters
• Starter coffee creamer
• Starter coffee sugar
• Salt/ pepper
• 1 small bottle of laundry soap
• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31
Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

A very nice cabin with large comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Your kids will enjoy the rain shower heads. The living areas and fully stocked kitchen were nice and it was easy to feel at home while in the woods. We spent a lot of our free time hanging out in the outdoor living areas, patios, grilling on the provided propane grill, and having fires every night to roast marshmallows, and to top it off… reading an a hammock. Blue Beary Hill Cabin was far better than we anticipated!

Blue Beary Hill is the best getaway in the woods. It feels very secluded, the amenities are perfection, the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality items, and the vibes are perfectly vibin'. The cabin was clean and designed with luxury in mind. We absolutely recommend Blue Beary Hill and would love to come stay again.

My sister and I needed a little getaway to spend quality time together. It was also my birthday. Everything about our cabin and outside was perfect. Beautiful, spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and the outdoor firepit and hammock. There were plenty of areas to relax, unwind and have privacy. The only issue we had was not having more time. We would definitely stay again!
