The property was excellent. Location was great & the house was well appointed & comfortable.
The initial booking was good & then we asked a question & received an answer. From this point on communication was abysmal. I wrote 2 requests & received no reply until I asked a question through Stayz. 2 days later I received an answer that did not relate to any of my questions.
We nearly pulled out of going 4 days before leaving due to lack of any communication with the agent. It is not a nice situation to have complete silence from a reply.
The owners have a great place which I could happily go back too as long as they put a rocket up the booking agent
