Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 18 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-The exterior of the home is monitored by video camera 24/7.
-Pool Heating Note: There is a $150 fee + $100 per day charge to heat the pool (October - April only) up to 88 degrees and must be heated for duration of your stay. **If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a 48 hours in advance of check in day if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival**
-The home is located in a rural area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests and wildlife during your stay inside and outside the home. Outdoors, do not approach the wildlife but rather enjoy them from a distance. They will leave you be if you extend them the same courtesy! Some wildlife you might see includes deer, hawks, rattlesnakes, foxes, armadillos and you may hear coyotes.
-Events: Require Prior Approval + Event Fee based on event specifics. Max of 30 guests (no exceptions), no amplified music and all events must end by 10:00p. Supplemental Event Contract + Refundable Deposit Required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The house was exceptionally accommodating for 6 six college friends, over 70 years of age! It was clean, spacious, & beautifully decorated. The only complaints we had were all toilet paper holders were loose & almost falling off the wall, it would have been nice to have tissues in each bathroom, & previous renters' trash was still in the bins on the property. A comical experience was while all of us were at the nice, long table visiting one night, the ice maker proceeded to mimic a slot machine,on its own, spewing ice everywhere! We ended up having to turn off the freezer. The host did reply promptly when we had questions. I do recommend staying at this property, especially if you have children. The pool is very nice & there are games provided. We rent houses each year & El Dorado is on the top of our list.

This was a great property! It was spacious and had tons of room for all 16 people in my party to spread out. I would totally stay here again!!We had a few issues with the pool, mostly just a bit dirty and needed to be serviced, but it was still totally useable and we enjoyed our time here! The outside area is perfect for having a pool day or outdoor dinner.
