Blown away how silent the home and neighbors/neighborhood was. Slept like I was at home. The beds, bathrooms and fridge were very clean. No weird odors. Didn’t feel like a renovated cash grab, felt like a home. Would recommend

Apartment was clean and in a great location. Kitchen is adequate for cooking, setup is easy to maneuver around. Perfect for preparing meals.

Such great space in a perfect location for navigating around DC. Had four meals within 3 blocks and all were really, really good. I know DC basement apartments and this was the best I’ve seen. Windows with light in every room. 3 bathrooms! And very little noise from above or from on the street. Would happily stay again.
