Cozy & kid friendly cabin w/ million $ views, hot tub, game room, and fire pit!!

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the United States and we agree that this was perhaps the best property we have ever stayed in. It is immaculately maintained and Britt and Stephen have thought of every way to make the property a home away from home. Spacious, clean, with lots of extras such as a s'mores bar, coffee bar, complementary snacks, an extra dog bowl in event you forgot one for your pet, local beer samples...just little things that demonstrate commitment to hospitality. The property is remote and quiet. You will have solitude and a true outdoor experience, but is still close enough to Franklin where you have ample restaurant, shopping and marketplaces within a 15 minute drive. The cabin itself is amazing. It is perfect for what it is...it maintains a rustic feel appropriate for the mountain setting and stunning view. Yet, inside it has the feel of an upscale hotel. It is a 5 experience.

The house is great -- large and well-suited to our extended family. Great views and very quiet. The owner provided a lot of extra amenities. They were also very responsive when we had any questions or issues.

My family loved this property. The location was beautiful.

The views are definitely amazing. That said, the home itself was not very clean. When you walk up you are met with trash cans with loose garbage all around and in the cans. One of the cans had the lid open and when we went to shut it we found two possums stuck in it. So we tipped it over to let them out. The blue bar stools are covered in dried food and whatever else is all over the sides of them. I did not want to sit in them. Some of the windows and a glass cabinet they have inside were covered in what looked like dog slobber. We then went to use the hot tub and it was filthy. We reached out to the host who didn’t respond until the next day. They did send someone to clean the hot tub that afternoon. I would not stay at this cabin again.
