On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (extra) (for shared use), drying room. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, tennis 2.2 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, mountain railway 3.3 km, cross country ski track 2.5 km, ice rink 2.2 km, children's playground 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia St. Moritz 2.1 km, Corvatsch Surlej 8.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritz See 1.5 km, Silvaplanasee 8 km, Stazer See 1.9 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
