Park your car (1 spot) and walk to all the fun Seaside has to offer!

- Second Bedroom: 1 Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed
- Living Room: 1 Full-Size Futon
- Central HVAC for year-round comfort
- Guaranteed 1 Parking Spot on a first come first served basis you can be in one of the 3 spots on the driveway of the home, if you are assigned a parking pass, that parking pass only works for Franklin Ave between Boulevard and Central Ave. Other locations we are not liable for tickets

Only 1.5 blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.
Close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions and all Seaside Heights has to offer

Property well maintained. Erik was friendly, attentive, & helpful. Only concern was the parking because other tenants weren’t parking properly to fit 4 cars in the lot. Erik did provide us with a parking pass for the street when we weren’t able to park at the property.

Everything was nice and clean. We had a great weekend. Perfect location close to everything. Erick was on time and made checking very easy.
