Individual chalet next to the owners' house (former country farm) located at the top of the village, overlooking the valley and with a panoramic view of the mountains and Mont-Banc. East-southwest facing slope, with meadows. Restored family chalet, comfortable and functional, with a bathroom on each level. West-facing terrace with table and bench, 2 deck chairs. Possibility of storing bicycles under a covered shelter.
