Newly remodeled with a private entrance, spacious parking, and a shared tropical backyard. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a chef’s kitchen, cozy living room, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
PLEASE NOTE: This is the back home on a shared property. The yard is shared with the front house. This is a single-story property. Guests walk along the side of the property to access this home.

Guest access
It's a self-check-in system facilitated by a keypad lock. Upon arrival, you will have seamless access to the entire home, including the backyard, and complimentary parking on the premises. Please note that the only area that is shared is the backyard. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, making the most of your stay in this inviting retreat.

Allowed with prior confirmation.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking.

Non-shedding dogs are allowed on the furniture. Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy.

If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply.
We are fair but firm with this policy.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
Pest Control Notice:
Our property receives regular monthly pest control service to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Service schedules may vary, so we’re unable to confirm an exact date or time in advance.
Please note that treatments are conducted outside the unit only, and there will be no need for entry during your stay. Guests will be notified once the service schedule is confirmed.
PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS
• All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
• Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property.
• Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately.
• Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet.
• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.
By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.

Super cute place and also very convenient if you’re wanting to go to Clearwater beach! Just a quick 10 min drive! Host was super easy to reach and work with! Myself, my boyfriend, my daughter and our 3 dogs stayed for a 5 night stay and it was perfect.

We had a fabulous stay. The host was super communicative. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were traveling with a 15 month old so the pack and play that was available was very helpful and a bonus that there were some toys and books to keep her entertained. Thank you!
