Outdoor spaces include one on the main floor with a BBQ and fire pit, one a the top floor with a fire pit and view, and one each on the front of the building on the first and second floor. We were so pleased with our rental. The owner was fantastic. The home was beautiful and very clean. The basket of snacks in the kitchen was a great touch. Highly recommend. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Denver.

Amazing property in an amazing location. Very walkable neighborhood and central to all things Denver area. Our group was very comfortable and would absolutely come back. David was a great host.

What a spectacular rental!! The house was just as described. It was very clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like. The main floor was large enough to accommodate our large group and it was easy to host Thanksgiving dinner there (so that says something). The elevator and hot tub were extra bonuses. The location was fantastic. It was close to just about everything. David met us when we first arrived and explained the workings of the house. He was very accessible during our entire stay. Definitely a 10/10. Would highly recommend and will stay there if available on our next trip to Denver.
