About this villa rental
The house is located in Porto Frailis, a coastal hamlet of Arbatax, in a residential area under development, so noise from nearby construction sites is possible. 150 metres from the house, on the beach, there is a bar-restaurant that plays music in the evenings.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen with an island, a dining area, a relaxation area with a large sofa and TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a two-person Jacuzzi.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with bunk beds, and one bathroom with a shower.
In the garden of the house, as shown in the photos, there is an outdoor swimming pool, which is 1.50 metres deep, and there is also a barbecue area.

The house is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, and several restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is also very spacious, and we spent many hours there. Several shops are within a short drive. The owner, Paolo, is very nice and helpful. A house that I can highly recommend to everyone.

A beautiful property in a great location. The house is clean and modern and in a great location just a short walk to an amazing, crystal clear beach and several bars and restuarants. It's perfect for a family getaway away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns. Paulo was great and always willing to offer advice on some local delights.
