Ski-in, Ski-out 5 – bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome nestled at the base of Vail Mountain will sleep comfortably up to 10 guests. Our residence belongs to Northwoods. Northwood' is one of Vails most exclusive properties with an unmatched location. Situated at the base of Golden Peak on the east side of Vail Village with ski/in ski/out access to the Riva Bahn Express. Northwoods enjoys a hot tub, sauna, steam room, seasonal pool, and exercise room. Short walk to all the amenities, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Vail Village.
Rental home features all the conveniences and amenities you should expect from a premium vacation rental property, and wonderful custom mountain. Remodeled with clean, soft finishes, the layout is great for large families or visiting guests. The lower level includes a heated driveway and garage, mud room, elevator access, and spacious non-conforming 5th bedroom with ensuite bath. The next level has 3 more large bedrooms and 3 baths. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vail villa. The home is comfortable, and perfectly located. A special thank-you to Peter — his hosting was truly amazing. He was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We would happily return.

The property was lovely with a perfect location to walk into Vail or across the street to Ford Park. The VisitVail team was extremely hands on and helpfully explained all the little nuances of the property upon checkin.

The property was in a great location and the host is very helpful and responsive. The property was nice and in a great location, but could use some upgrades to appliances and plumbing. Oven was nearly impossible to operate, for example, and drain didn’t work in shower/bath in master suite. Also, be aware that if you’re looking for TRUE ski in/ski out, this isn’t quite it — you can ski almost BACK to the apartment, but skiing out requires carrying your gear on about a 5 minute slightly uphill walk. Not a big deal, and the location is excellent — but just in case you have kids and are looking to ski right onto the slopes, this isn’t quite that. But overall, this is an excellent rental.
