Escape to Willow Tree Cottage, a charming year-round retreat on Keuka Lake that's been beautifully remodeled and featured on HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt! The main floor features a bright, open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room overlooking the lake. Enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace and stunning lake views from sunrise to sunset through the sliding glass doors that lead directly to the water.
Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom includes a king bed and breathtaking lake view, while two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with twin beds—comfortably accommodate families or small groups.
Step outside to enjoy 65 feet of level lakefront, complete with a seasonal dock and a gentle slope into the water, perfect for swimming or launching a kayak. Relax beneath the willow tree on the shaded patio with a glass of local wine or enjoy a meal outdoors while the sun sets over the lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 65 lbs each allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Property it’s self was amazing, had to be careful with staircase leading down to the property being steep and slippery.

While the property is nice and actually pretty clean…they have a mouse problem.
We were a group of women, 50ish, away for a girls weekend…an escape. So the last thing we wanted was to deal with mice running across the living room while we’re trying to relax and watch a movie. Started first night, no answers to emergency number. I left a message. They came during the day and set sticky traps and never told us. So of course as moms, we thought- imagine walking in with kids and walking in to having two mice squealing in the kitchen. We had to remove it. Then the next day there were more trapped in the living room. Thankfully it was before 5 so someone answered the phone. Next night we walk in from a long day out. I called the number, they said it wasn’t an emergency and suggested we move the squealing mice ( two trapped again) outside. So using the dustpan I scooped them up and out and tried not to think about it again. Then while trying to watch a movie…another one scurries under the couch. Another scoop to outside while the poor thing was still alive and stuck to the trap. I feel we should get a partial refund for not being able to enjoy a relaxing night in the living room during our entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Tree Cottage. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Fishing off the dock was a highlight, we caught bass, pike, perch and sunfish. Keuka Lake is so beautiful and this cottage has views that are second to none.
