The unit was as advertised, clean and equipped when we arrived. Local mgmt was very prompt with all communications and regularly checked in to ensure satisfaction. Great location. And "tenant responsibilities" were reasonable and fair. Key amenities and essentials were provided for easy occupation.

We loved our stay at Villa Bella. The pace was very clean, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and beach towels, and all kitchen and grilling essentials for the family that loves to cook.
There is absolutely beautiful and very privet patio area with large dining table and patio chairs. It's a corner Villa and has its own exit to the street which made it easier for us to get the stroller in and out the property.
It was the perfect location in a family friendly and very quiet neighborhood, also 10 minutes away from public beach and shops and restaurants.
We are hoping to be back at Villa Bella.
