Great home away from home! Spacious, comfortable and clean. So much space we could be together or have time apart. The back yard and front porch were added bonuses. Kitchen was well stocked. Ashley was available with specific recommendations and offers a detailed visit guide.

44 West is a real gem of a property tucked away in “Soup Town”. After a long day in Bryce Canyon we arrived to this beautiful house with large rooms and an amazing backyard. We ventured out to Zion (quick drive from the house) and came back to get ice cream from the local store and we played Uno and Yahtzee at the kitchen nook table. Great memories were made during our stay!

44 West is spectacular! Ashely is by far the best hostess I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, she helped me and answered all of my questions and there were a lot, the property was gorgeous and very clean. The washer and dryer were a huge plus as well. The layout of the home is perfect for a family so people have their privacy in space. Ashley was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our vacation. The views from the home are breathtaking. There are so many games to play and precious memories to be made. If ever we head back to Utah. We will definitely be staying here again.I feel like it’s a central point to stay as we went to Lower Antelope canyon, Bryce and Zion all in 6 days! Peaceful town with genuine people who are there to help you.

This cozy home was perfect for our family, the house was spotless when we arrived, had many items to get us started with our vacation, Ashley was always available to answer questions we had and the home was in a good location for us to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The town is small, but we weren’t far from Kanab to get items we needed
