About this house rental
Beautiful brand-new 36m² mobile home with reversible air-conditioning, in a prime location at La Carabasse campsite with waterpark at extra charge. 1 km from the Canal du Midi and Vias beach.
Kitchen opening onto the living area (fridge-freezer, gas hob + hood, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, Senseo coffee pod maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extendable dining table seating 4, HD TV, corner sofa). Access to south-facing covered terrace.
1 master suite (1 double bed 140x190, 1 shower, 1 WC, 1 washbasin), 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x190. All bedrooms have storage space and can be darkened.
1 shower room with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. Separate WC with washing machine.
Wooden terrace measuring 8m by 3.50m, covered: terrace furniture (table, 6 chairs), garden furniture, 1 electric griddle, a green area in front of the terrace and to the side to enjoy your meals outside.
1 private parking space.
Pets are allowed (except for categorised animals).
No WiFi connection.
To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (EUR 0.86 / day / person aged 18 and over).
Utilities (water, gas and electricity) are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included. Although cleaning is included, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Available on request and payable on site (or before arrival):
- WiFi connection (directly from the campsite)
- Fun Pass* ticket (prices sent on request or to be consulted on the Siblu website).
* The Fun Pass allows you to take advantage of the village's facilities (access to aquatic areas, children's club, etc.). 20% discount if purchased online no later than 48 hours before arrival. Free for children under 4, 50% discount for children aged 4 to 17.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
