In this 230 m2 villa located in Bagnols en Forêt in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy high-end comfort and layout: 70 m2 living room opening onto a large terrace with secure swimming pool (electric floating shutter), pergola, spacious fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with a king size bed, 2 of which are located on the ground floor, a fifth with 2 x 90 cm beds, 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub for the master suite, another with walk-in shower) Italian and bath and the last upstairs with walk-in shower). A bowling alley and a barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant evenings with family or friends ... Wooded land of 2200m2, fully fenced, private parking, bikes available
Appliances: fridge / freezer + American fridge with ice dispenser, oven, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Bagnols en Forêt is a typically Provencal hilltop village with shops and restaurants. In the surroundings, numerous outings and activities are offered for young and old: Saint Raphael / Fréjus beaches, Saint Gatien lake, Terres blancs golf course (or other golf courses nearby), hiking, Gorges du Verdon, Moustiers-Ste-Marie, ...)
For the periods from September to April: Possibility to rent part of the villa. A reduction will be granted depending on the number of rooms and bathrooms occupied. (contact us for a quote)

We spent 5 days in this beautiful house and enjoyed it a lot! The pool is great, the kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very spacious. Sole downside: we did not chose the bed linen option for 40 Euros per person. What we did not expect was that even dish towels and shower rug were not provided. But the house still gets 5 out of 5 stars!
