Built in 1890, its grand Edwardian porch, stately balcony, and charming Victorian turreted windows capture the romance of a bygone era. The space
Furnished with antiques, artwork, fixtures and imported chandeliers, this century old home has been completely modernize. There is a 24/7 security system, central air, wi-fi, gas fireplace, big screen TV, and jetted bathtubs. The glass block windows and imported chandeliers make the space very elegant. A new, equipped gourmet kitchen is here. Entertain or just relax watching tv in the family room. Enjoy home cook meals in the dining room, read a book in the parlor, work in the office. There is a 3/4 bath on the main level.
Three elegant bedrooms are upstairs, the master having it's own bath with jetted tub. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have desks and share a hall bath also with a jetted tub. Bedroom three has access to the 2nd floor veranda to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the steel mill that fueled Pueblo. Entertain on the large patio on the side of the home for a get-together under the pergola. There is a grill on a private patio in back with garden. Help yourself to the home grown tomatoes, peppers or spices when in season.
There is plenty of off street parking on the south side of the house for guests or the trailer, motor home or tour bus.
