A hidden gem with a lot of space to spread out, relax, and entertain. Our daughter graduated from CU Boulder this weekend and everything in Boulder and the surrounding area was booked by the time we tried to find something. This was about a 25 minute drive from campus and worked out surprisingly well. We had a family party for my daughter and there was more than enough space for everyone. Erie wasn't on my bingo card as a place to stay for CU Boulder access, but if this is your only choice, it works! :)

The home was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We had a great time and would recommend this house!
