About this villa rental
Villa São Paulo is an excellent 3-bedroom holiday home, located in the charming Jacaranda villas complex, in the heart of Oura, Albufeira. Ideal for families or friends looking to relax without the need for a car, it offers a welcoming environment and a privileged location.
The living and dining room is welcoming and inviting, creating a perfect space for moments of rest and socialising after a day at the beach or outings, with a practical layout that encourages the sharing of experiences.
On the ground floor are located the three bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and a versatile studio that can function as a bedroom or common space. There are also two bathrooms, one of them en suite with a shower cubicle, providing comfort and functionality for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals in a practical and comfortable way throughout your stay.
On the exterior, the walled property offers a private environment with an outdoor dining area, barbecue and a heated swimming pool (additional cost), ideal for leisure and relaxation moments.
Villa São Paulo benefits from the proximity of beautiful beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, Albufeira town centre and the historic centre, being perfect for enjoying everything that Oura and Albufeira have to offer.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.
From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We chose this villa for a getaway with friends and it did not disappoint. The layout is great, especially the versatile studio space which was very useful for our group. The outdoor dining area was perfect for long evening dinners after using the BBQ. Being so close to the Old Town and the main Oura area allowed us to explore the best of Albufeira very easily. Clean, cozy, and highly recommended.

This villa was ideal for our family vacation. Located in a lovely and quiet complex but just a short walk away from all the action, restaurants, and beautiful beaches of Albufeira. The living area is very welcoming, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the fact that the property is walled gave us extra peace of mind and privacy.

Villa São Paulo exceeded our expectations. The inside is very clean, practical, and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and reliable facilities. However, the private outdoor pool area was the true highlight for us—perfect for relaxing under the sun. Knowing that supermarkets, cafes, and stunning beaches are just down the road made our trip completely stress-free.

Villa São Paulo was perfect for our family holiday. The house was spacious, well equipped and located in a quiet area while still being close to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after exploring Albufeira.
