About this apartment rental
Ideally located:
• Less than 10 min walk to the center
• 250m from the gondola, ice rink and hiking trails
• 15 minutes walk from the Thermal Baths lift;
This apartment is in a perfect location to discover the snowy slopes of the resort and the landscapes of the Mont-Blanc region, on holiday or on a business trip, in a mountain village.
This 25 m2 apartment, new, on the 4th floor with elevator and very bright, is furnished in a chic mountain style.
It is functional and well equipped (induction hob, microwave oven, multifunction oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, TV, WIFI).
The apartment also includes a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, a cellar and an allocated parking space.
It can accommodate 4 people: a double bed in one bedroom + a double sofa bed in the living room.
Linen (towels, sheets, pillows and duvets) is provided.
Cleaning is included.
Please know that I do my best to keep my guests safe and that the apartment is disinfected before each new arrival.
For transport, many possibilities are available to you:
• Bettex and Valléen gondola lifts directly accessible on foot.
The Thermal Baths elevator is also within walking distance.
• Free shuttle bus in front of the residence
• LIHSA bus lines, skibus, train services (TGV) and TER, Montenbus, Facilibus
• The Leman Express reaches Saint-Gervais directly from Geneva airport or many train stations.
As for shops: a bakery and a winter sports equipment rental shop are located just opposite the residence, a second bakery is a 5-minute walk away. The shops in the town centre (mini-market, butcher, restaurants, grocery store, press office, library and Tourist Office, etc.) are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
In winter, you can enjoy:
• the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area (Saint-Gervais, Megève, Les Contamines/Hauteluce, Combloux, La Giettaz), 400 km of slopes, with all the advantages of a ski-in/ski-out rental.
• the Prarion ski area (Saint-Gervais / Les Houches), 30 km of slopes
• the Nordic ski area of Saint Gervais Mont Blanc, 28 km of slopes
