About this apartment rental
Boyne Mountain is our family's favorite place to vacation so we decided to remodel our Mountain Villa Condo with all of today's amenities. After a year of construction, we're excited to share our must see, brand condo in 2018! We're offering our new condo with a 3 bed/3 bath setup that comfortably sleeps 10.
The Mountain Villas are located at the base of Boyne Mountain and are the best location to walk to all of the amenities at Boyne. Located next to the Boyneland Ski Lift (with night skiing), Kid's Ski School and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, you can't find a better location for a family. In the summer there is a private pool for guests at the Mountain Villas. Our condo is located in Building L.
We re-engineered and moved the walls in our condo to create the largest living area of any Mountain Villa. You only have to look at the kitchen and living area to fall in love. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The massive kitchen island is sure to be the gathering place for your family and friends!
The living room has a new leather sectional couch, gas fireplace and 55" flat screen TV. There are vinyl plank floors throughout, an eating bar and a huge bench with cubbies and hooks to handle all of your belongings. The master suit has a king size bed with a full bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 queen beds with new duvets and linens and each have 50" flat screen TV's. Whirlpool washer and dryer in the laundry closet.
Our condo is best for small groups of family and friends. While some cater to large groups and are great for parties, we prefer to share the experience of our condo with guest looking for a unique stay. Our goal is to offer the best amenities with every item in the condo being brand new for 2018.
Boyne Mountain has become a top year around destination in Michigan. In the winter it's a skier's paradise offering the best skiing and boarding location around. Whether you are an experienced veteran, a beginner new to the sport or looking for lessons for kids, Boyne Mountain can accommodate all of your needs. Lessons and rentals are available for all and child care is right next to our condo's location.
Not up for skiing? Boyne Mountain offers tubing, ice skating, zip lines, shopping, restaurants, a huge arcade for kids and don't forget about Avalanche Bay, Michigan's largest and best indoor waterpark. After a long day don't forget to relax with a trip to the spa, hot tubs or heated pool.
Boyne Mountain offers plenty of dining choices located near the main lodge which just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett's, Erickson's, Pierson's, The Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the A'Pres Pub. If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up. Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo. Relax with cocktails in Everett's Bar or enjoy the night life at the Snowflake Lounge, Trophy Room or one of the many other great restaurants in Boyne City, Petoskey or Charleviox.
Boyne may be known as a ski resort but the amenities in the summer are just as impressive. With 2 championship golf courses on the Mountain and 8 others close by, Boyne's 10 championship courses make it a golf lovers dream! With trails for biking and hiking, and Deer Lake just down the road, there's something for everyone.
Don't forget fall in Northern Michigan. Come for a week or long weekend of spectacular color-changing foliage and breathtaking views.
Boyne Mountain is a great location with Petoskey, Charlevoix and Mackinac City all within a 30 minute drive. Be sure to take in a day of shopping, dining and sight-seeing. Drive across the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula or take a ferry over to the Historic Mackinac Island, where you step back in time.

This was our second stay at his beautiful property conveniently located on Boyne Mountain. You can easily access the village & the slopes with very short walk across the parking lot. The property is very clean, & exactly as described. Rebecca's communication was pleasant, prompt, & helpful. She was gracious in her hospitality. When I asked if there was a luggage rack on the property, she stated there wasn't one, but would order one to ensure it was there prior to my stay... & it was! Each bedroom has plenty of closet space & dressers to conveniently unpack on arrival. This property has a great lay out for being together as a family. Spacious open kitchen and living room area for meals, games, movies or hanging out, & comfortable bedrooms and baths for privacy. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. Each room has it's independent heating & air conditioning units which makes it so nice when some people like to be warmer or colder than others. The fireplace in the living room heats the room efficiently, but there is also an additional A/C and heating unit in that room. Unlike similar units, this unit has a great space upon entry to remove your boots, coats & accessories & place them neatly to dry on hooks, boot mats, & in baskets as well as cubbies to place your skis. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to prepare meals & plenty of stools for all to gather at the large island. My family & I had a wonderful stay & highly recommend this lovely property!

Great stay. Perfect location and very nice renovation. Had everything we needed for our ski trip. Very easy walk over to the slopes in ski boots, even for the five year old.

Overall great location and the finishings of the condo were great. The condo was very damp and smelled moldy. Definitely needed a dehumidifier in all rooms. Also, the condo had a significant amount of fruit flys
