Welcome to Lazy Bear Retreat! Some ski trips are good. This one is great.
Steps from the Iron Horse lift at Big Sky Resort, this ski-in/ski-out 3-bedroom, and remodeled 2.5-bathroom townhome puts you exactly where you want to be. Lone Peak is right outside your window, the slopes are at your doorstep, and a private hot tub is waiting for you when the day is done.
Inside, the open concept kitchen and living area has a warm, rustic feel that immediately puts you at ease. The gray stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room and trust us, you will spend a lot of time in front of it. Step out onto the patio with your morning coffee and watch the snow fall over the mountains. There are worse ways to start a ski day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feed the whole crew after a big day on the mountain.
The primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom, perfect for anyone who needs their own space to recharge. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, great for kids or a group that needs to squeeze in a few extra guests. The third bedroom also has its own private patio with direct access to the hot tub. Soak under the stars with Lone Peak in the background and let the mountain air do the rest.

Big Sky Resort is the biggest skiing in America, and it earns that title every single year. With 5,800 skiable acres, 4,350 feet of vertical drop, and an average of 400+ inches of snowfall annually, it delivers for every level of skier and rider. When you are ready to step off the slopes, the historic Lone Mountain Ranch has 85+ kilometers of groomed Nordic trails through the wilderness, voted the #1 cross-country ski resort in North America. Summer

Follow the scenic Gallatin River along historic Highway 191 and you are at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park in just 45 minutes. Skiing - easy walk access to 2 lifts.. better snow would be true ski in / out. Clean with essentials some properties do not have (TP/papertowels/ trash bags/ laundry detergent). well stocked with bath towels/soap-shampoo/conditioner- all available. Felt like a 4-5 star hotel. Stay Montana truely came through for all inquires.

Great location and space. Excellent customer service and updated living areas. Only downside is the trash disposal setup at end of stay, where you have to haul it in your car to a central spot.
