- Reservations cannot be completed if the background check returns disqualifying criminal records. If this affects your booking, you'll be notified promptly upon completion of your check-in form.
- Age requirement: guests must be 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ if booking locally (within 50 miles of the property).

I liked the location, the bathrooms were good, and the beds were clean and comfortable.
I contacted the management team because three of the lamps didn’t work, the kitchen faucet sprays water everywhere, and there was no laundry detergent. They fixed the lamps, but the kitchen faucet remained the same and we never received any laundry detergent which was frustrating. Also the can opener in the kitchen was broken and I found some dust bunnies in one of the bedrooms.

The location was great, the lobby makes a lux impression. Unfortunately due to the weather, we did not get to check out the roof deck.The management staff was very responsive.One thing to note, kitchen is supplied quite basic, so keep that in mind for cooking/ hosting.Overall, enjoyed the stay and the roominess of the unit.

The unit was clean. Everything was cheaper looking and feeling than photos. Bedding and towels were thin and there were a minimal amount (4 towels for unit). There were no end tables in living room. Balcony with no furniture. 2 wine glasses, very minimal kitchen supplies. Location was great, but it overall looked much nicer in listing than it was.Also the management was very nickel and diming which I don’t expect for a nice place. Unit was ready, but early check-in was only offered if we would pay a fee.
