Skipper Tom's is a 2-bedroom Saltbox style home located in the heart of Twillingate, steps from restaurants, amenities and attractions. From the home's wrap around deck, you'll soak up incredible ocean views. Each bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, a private en suite and views of the ocean. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry facility large deck and yard, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The Space:
Completely renovated in 2013, the main floor includes an open-concept kitchen/dining area, a large living room, a full bathroom and laundry facility. Upstairs, you'll find two large bedroom suites both with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, each with its own shower and soaker tub. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV (with cable) and has beautiful views of the water.
The home sits on a large piece of land overlooking Robin's Cove. The views can be enjoyed from all rooms in the home, as well as from the large wrap around deck.
The property was built by the owner's Grandfather Tom in 1914. He was a Skipper on schooners fishing off the Labrador coast. Hence the name "Skipper Tom's".
On the property, you'll find a working root cellar and a shed that was built in the mid 1800s.

Really nice house- very cozy and well appointed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional. We loved the location. No complaints- only good things to say. Charming town with friendly people. We went to the dinner theater on our last night - really fun and entertaining. The owners were very good with communication and telling us to contact that for anything. Such a warm homey feeling to the house. Thank you

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful view, great location, and comfy beds! Skipper Tom's has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Twillingate is a gem, with great restaurants, and great hikes.

Skipper Tom’s was an amazing place to stay in Twillingate. The accommodations were as stated and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to the town. It was perfect for two couples as we each had our own space. I would definitely recommend staying here. PS The muffins were delicious and a nice treat.
