About this cottage rental
The Beach House is situated on one of the quietest areas of the beautiful white sandy beach. Why not sit on the veranda with a glass of chilled wine and watch the dolphins play in the shallows, the pelicans dive and the Ibis run.
The property is very well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The three bedrooms are all a good size - the master has a King bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room whilst the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have twin beds which can be pushed together to make King beds if preferred (this would need to be requested at the time of booking. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The sitting room has a large and comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep up to 2 people.
There is off street parking for up to 3 cars at the property.
VRC16-000189 - The Beach House is situated in a residential area therefore, in accordance with local City ordinance regulations, noise must be kept to a respectful level at all times to ensure the neighbours are not deprived of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

The house is good, especially for a small family. The beachfront location is nice but there’s a public access trail that runs right beside of the home and we encountered a lot of people who wanted to come through the driveway and even underneath the home to access the beach…that became annoying even though it’s posted private property. The place is clean with nice furniture but they could benefit from investing in toilets that sit up higher….the toilets sit lower to the floor and aren’t easy to use if you have any mobility issues! The host/owner and property manager were great to answer questions and provided great customer service. The house is in a good, safe location and close to many restaurants.
