Small gatherings (up to 20 people) must be approved in advance due to septic limitations. Parties are strictly prohibited — thanks for respecting our home.
• Indoor fireplace is decorative only. Outdoor fire pit available.
• No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
• Pet-friendly with approval. $50 fee for one small dog (larger on request). Pets must be crated if left alone.
