If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Birresborn Station, a short 8-minute walk away.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 484-sq-ft apartment. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include towels, toilet paper, and soap. Other amenities include a living room, bed sheets, heating, and change of towels on request.

Before our stay we had contact with the owner about when we would arrive. The key would be left inside the door for us and someone else would come by to ‘officially’ check us in. That was fine for us. We arrived with no problem, every things was as promised. A very clean appartement and a great garden around it. After a few hours someone came to greet us and this was an interesting experience. It was a very nice woman but she didn’t explain anything about the appartement or the surroundings. We had to ask for some details or we wouldn’t have gotten any. She was very sweet to bring two snack sticks for our dogs but when we kindly declined (our dogs only eat their own food because of our training) she kept pushing on about wanting to give them. Even calling our dogs sad because we didn’t give them treats. Only after repeatidly telling her no she eventually gave up. In all fairness their was a bit of a language barrier but still it wasn’t a great encounter. The appartement itself was as the photo’s would suggest. The garbage is separated and it was very well organized. The TV had Netflix and other useful streaming services. We did miss a few essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil or handsoap in the toilet. Also the appartement tends to get very damp or moist. We noticed a few times, even without taking a shower, that there was a layer of moist over de floor or furniture. Not very comfortable. To finish off: we had a great stay but there were some downsides.
