Come enjoy Lake Daze on Lake Sinclair!
Please read if booking in October or November 2025: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025. Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible.
Sitting on over an acre of lakefront property on a private deep water cove on Lake Sinclair, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4000 sq ft home offers gorgeous views, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and sleeping, and a huge screened in porch that overlooks the lake. Water toys are available for use from the dock and if you choose to bring your boat, there is a private boat slip available.
With a newly renovated basement, sleeping and dining configuration of the house is perfect for multiple families to enjoy a lake getaway. Upstairs king primary bedroom has a lakefront view, huge walk in closet, computer desk and TV. The connecting bathroom has dual vanities, shower and separate bathtub. The upstairs king guest bedroom has a lakefront view and large closet. The upstairs queen guest bedroom has a computer desk and large closet. The two guest rooms share a bathroom. Downstairs, the king guest bedroom also has a lakefront view and access to a full hall bathroom. The downstairs primary bedrooms is perfect for kids with a queen bed, a full bed, trundle twin bed and a connecting bathroom. All bedrooms have room darkening shades to keep the sun out until guests are ready to enjoy it! The fully stocked kitchen offers seating for 6 at the dining table plus two more at the bar. There is an additional table for 4 in the connecting living room that is perfect for additional dining, games or puzzles!
The upstairs living room opens to the lake and has a large sofa to relax on after a day on the lake. The 65" TV is connected to Roku so guests can enjoy their subscription services. The sofa also has a pull out bed for additional sleeping. The utility room has full size washer and dryer, as well as a second full refrigerator. Downstairs offers plenty of additional space to spread out with a kitchenette, pool table, comfy sectional sofa, two TVs and a game room.
The screened in porch has plenty of seating for relaxing, as well as a dining table that seats six. Under the porch is a concrete patio that is shaded. Two docks are available for use. While the boat lifts are not operable, they are perfect for storing your boat or jet skis overnight. The dock with the boathouse offers a combination of sun and shade while enjoying the lake. Inside the boathouse there is a paddleboard, an adult kayak, a child's kayak, and lily pad available for use! The cove is protected and offers calm waters for paddling around and enjoying Lake Daze on Lake Sinclair!
Security Camera Notice: The premises is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. The cameras do not capture any images of the interior of the house. They are only for surveillance of the home and areas in public view. Cameras are located at the front door, facing the front of the house and the backyard.

My and my family enjoyed our stay.. there was plenty of room and the house was beautiful. We also enjoyed the lake. It was so peaceful. We watched the game and cooked on the grill. The pool table was also a great addition. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Extremely clean, plenty of parking and room for a large boat at the dock. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at the lake.

Amazing 9 days on Lake Sinclair with 10 members of the family. The house was beyond 5 stars! The space was divided in such a way that everyone had its own area. The deep water at the dock was perfect! Plus, we towed our boat from Florida and the covered dock was excellent! The host was very quick to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed our family portable badminton competition every night in the beautiful front yard. Cannot say enough about this "Lake Daze" retreat. We've been coming to Lake Sinclair 14 years...our family has grown and this 5 bedroom/4 bath house was perfect! Short drive to Dollar General and not far (at all) to Walmart! Thank you for sharing with us. We're already making plans to return.

This is one of the best houses we've ever stayed at! It was perfect for our extended family of 11, which included my husband and me, plus our adult son and daughter, their sponses and our 5 grandchildren. It was especially nice to have 3 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers. There was plenty of room for all of us and we never felt crowded. The host was wonderful and very responsive.
