About this house rental
The house stands on a hill, in the municipality of Caravonica. You can relax in the greenery, cook in the open air, sleep in rooms shrouded in silence and admire a beautiful landscape among the birds' five or cheered by the crackling of the fireplace. These pleasant sensations can become everyday experiences by staying in our Bea holiday home. The house is immediately very welcoming and furnished with new furniture. Kitchen and living room are organized in a single room with sofa bed. We have a double bedroom and a second room with two single beds (bathroom with shower). Guests can use the free Wi-Fi, the barbecue area and the swimming pool with wooden solarium equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Its garden, with gazebo table and chairs, is perfect for outdoor dining.

A place so poetic that you will seem to have returned to its origins, between organic and tasty foods and an air of total relaxation. You will find an organic garden that will offer you 0 km food and unspoiled nature, avoiding transport pollution. The owners produce organic extra virgin olive oil (which you can also taste and buy!) and local wine. It is perfect for all those who want a relaxing and romantic holiday, between walks and dives in the sea or having barbecues with the family. Casa Bea is the ideal location both for families (even with small children) and for couples who want to treat themselves to a small romantic getaway away from the bustle of the city. The property is a 15-minute drive from the sea and the city center of Imperia; you can also visit important Ligurian places such as the city of flowers, Sanremo (35 km), Portofino (120 km) or immerse yourself in the French Riviera between Montecarlo, Menton or Cannes. The nearest grocery store is 200 meters away. The nearest shopping center is about 10 km away. Nice airport approx. 100 km; Genoa airport approx. 110 km.

Very nice house, clean, bright, cool with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Host Dario is very communicative and spoiled us with delicious homegrown pomedori and cetrioli. Imperia is a 20 minute drive away. The road to the accomodation demands driving skills but this all adds to the experience. San Remo (45min) and Monaco (1hour) are easy to be reached by car. Imperia has beaches but the pool at Bea Bright is also very nice.

Immaculate and clean apartment. Very spacious. We stayed in the apartment upstairs. The town is tranquil. One piece of advice is not to follow your GPS which will lead you up a terrible road to the village. Instead drive to Imperia and then take the turn off to Caravonica. Its not shorter but a whole lot safer and less stressful. Dario (owner) was very attentive and takes very good care of his property.

We had a great stay at Casa Bea.
The accommodation is very clean and well-kept and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The private garden with barbecue and the pool were the highlights.
Bicycles were also made available free of charge
It's a few kilometers to the stand, but you have the peace and quiet of nature.
There are enough shopping opportunities in Imperia.
The pizza in the region is an experience and must not be missed!

The apartment is really clean and modernly equiped and decorated. All the equipment works fine. The pool and the private garden are really clean and well maintained. The beds are good and the windows have musquitonets wich is also nice. Dario is an exellent and hospitable host who is always available for questions. We, a family of five, had a wonderfull stay here.
