The Space:
We invite you to have a beautiful stay! This great place is all about location. The clubhouse, Branson strip, and lake are all within minutes away. This is an excellent combination of location and comfort! . You will want to return to over and over again! Inside you will find comfortable and quality bedding, completely furnished, well stocked kitchen for cooking up a meal of any size. The balcony with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to sip your espresso or afternoon tea before taking a short walk to the clubhouse where you will find Tennis courts, indoor pool (year-round), outdoor pool/hot tubs(seasonal), exercise room, onsite bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, playground, and much more!

Guests staying at this property are eligible for the exclusive Pointe Royale Stay & Play golf package. Enjoy discounted golf rates of just $60 per person, per round, including your golf cart. All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.
Full access to all amenities, and high-speed internet. Just bring your toothbrush, some clothes, and call it a vacation!!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
Master bedroom has King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 (Open loft area) has a queen bed, living room has a pull-out sofa for guests 7/8, Airbed upon request w/bedding and blankets

The Neighborhood:
Fabulous location near all Branson has to offer. This property is located on a by-pass road that will help you avoid the busy traffic on the Branson Strip. You can still get to the 76 Strip in minutes, with Table Rock Lake being only 2 miles away, downtown Branson is a 10-minute drive, and Silver Dollar City is a 15-minute drive (Without traffic).
Other Things to Note:
**This property is located on the second floor and requires stairs. May not be suitable for guests who have a physical limitation that would prevent them from climbing stairs.
**Minimum booking age is 21
**Pointe Royale does not allow trailer parking - Please reach out to us for options regarding trailer parking.
**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.
**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The registered service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The registered service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

It was so easy to book, and everything was exactly as described. It was a perfect place for our family of nine to spend a few days together. Beautiful property, plenty of space for everyone - ages 3 - 61. Appreciated finding the portacrib in the closet for the toddler to use. The kitchen was well stocked. (It could use a few newer pans that aren't scratched up.) But we had everything we needed. The little girls really loved having access to the indoor pool and hot tub on the grounds of the property. We enjoyed a relaxing Mother's Day breakfast at the grill. We hated to leave. Thank you for a wonderful place to make new family memories together.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Very nice gated community. Communication(s) with host were quickly answered. Pleased with overall stay and would definitely recommend this host/condo for anyone staying in Branson area.

Our 3 BR 3 Bath resort condo was perfect for our family of five. Minutes from all the attractions Brandon has to offer and the on site amenities were easily accessible. The kids can’t wait to come back
