BergButze features cozy furnishings, a separate bedroom, a living room, and a large balcony.
A custom-built, fully equipped kitchen awaits you at BergButze 7.
Your bathroom, complete with a shower and window, even includes a hair dryer and toiletries (soap/shower gel).
Of course, the BergButze has a great dining table with chairs and a bench. Board games are available for entertainment.
You can sleep in our wonderful box-spring beds—a king-size bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m in the bedroom, featuring extra Swiss stone pine on the headboard to ensure a good night’s sleep. Our fold-down bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) with a full-size mattress awaits you in the living room.
If you’re bringing your baby, we’ll provide a crib (for children up to 4 years old, depending on height) in the BergButze. A mattress is provided; please bring your own bedding, mattress pads, and sheet for it. Of course, this service is free of charge for the little ones staying in the BergButzen.
On the property, there is a lockable BikeButze next to every BergButze. You can store your bikes, sleds, skis, etc., there.
Your parking spots for cars or motorcycles are numbered and located right outside the door.
To help you relax after a long journey, we’ve provided a complimentary starter package for you. You don’t need to go shopping right away. It includes coffee, tea, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishcloths. This should be enough to get you started, and for restocking, you’ll find addresses for local shops in our digital guest folder.
Additional fees apply only for:
- our service fee of 75.00 €, which includes Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit, and the final cleaning of the BergButze.
- bringing a dog with you. We charge a one-time fee of 15.00 € per dog for the final cleaning; the dog’s stay is free of charge.
- The tourist tax for adults (€3.05) and for children (€1.70) aged 6–17, per person per day.
These fees are in addition to the accommodation cost. The service fee is automatically included in the booking. If you’re traveling with a dog, you’ll need to select this option during the booking process. All costs will then be displayed at the time of booking. You’ll receive a separate email from us regarding payment of the tourist tax.
- A hearty breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner hotel. For 15.90 euros per person and 8.90 euros per child, you’re welcome to take advantage of this offer. There’s a sign-up sheet on the table in your BergButze where you can simply register by 6:00 PM the day before. Payment is then made on site.
The BergButzen are located on a quiet side street in Braunlage. The town center, with its many shops and restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. Sights, attractions, and other destinations are easily accessible by car. The nearby Wurmberg, with its aerial cableway, is also within walking distance.
