Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and rocket launches from the top deck overlooking the marina. Relax on the front porch while listening to music on the outside porch
The Space:
Step aboard our luxurious floating home and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your getaway. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, providing a serene retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ideal for additional guests. The living area includes a pull-out sofa, accommodating extra sleeping arrangements. Both full bathrooms are well-appointed, offering convenience and privacy. Step outside onto the front porch to relax and enjoy the ambiance, or head up to the top deck to take in breathtaking views of the marina, sunrises, sunsets, and even rocket launches. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Enjoy meals at the dining table with views of the water.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire floating home, including both bedrooms with their comfortable king and queen beds, the two full bathrooms, and the living area with a pull-out sofa. Step outside onto the front porch for relaxation or head up to the top deck to enjoy the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator, is also at your disposal. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the free parking on the premises. Please note that access to the gym, hot tub, sauna, and water sports facilities are available at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside the floating home. We are happy to welcome families. Wow! My Wife and I stayed at Atlantis for two nights and immediately wished we could stay longer. Check-in was super easy and communication with the owners was excellent. The interior was super clean, well organized and very comfortable. If you are worried about staying on a boat and feeling it rocking, don't. We barely felt any movement even when boats going by created wakes. Actually, I think it made for a more restful sleep. The view is outstanding and the deck was our favorite place to relax and take in the scenery. We were able to see multiple pods of dolphins swimming by and schools of fish jumping. The pelicans and ospreys were a joy to watch catching fish and diving into the water. Lots of herons and egrets in the area as well as some very cool jellyfish floating by. We were able to view a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral our first night too. We took advantage of the swimming pool and had it all to ourselves to relax. The Dolphin Tiki Bar was a quick walk down the pier and had really good food and drinks. The area was super quiet at night and taking a walk around looking at the boats made for a peaceful evening. We highly recommend a stay here! If you're looking to relax and unwind, this is the place. Thank you to the owners for a memorable vacation!

We enjoyed the houseboat except it was really really smelly - like sewage - downstairs - it was pretty awful. Also , the door locks and appliances were junk and malfunctioned . The pontoon boat rental with John saved the day!
