Recently Updated Peaceful and Comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms townhouse all tiled floor close to Florida Turnpike, ready for families and children, with one reserved/marked parking space right at the door and many free/non marked parking spaces around. Has a 50' SMART TV with local channels , WIFI and TV ready for you to use your personal accounts of HULU, Netflix, Youtube and other apps. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit. Nest thermostast and Nest Smart main lock entrance.
Located in a private gated private family community with a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, theater room, gym area close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping areas.
We are 25 minutes from Disney World, ESPN and Downtown Disney and 20 min from Universal Studios. Rules and regulations will be emailed the night before to confirmed guest.

Yes.what i suggested to have like bottles of water,coffee filters and salt and pepper, also need more light on the first gate because it need the the to see the# every thing else is ok.

Very accommodating with plenty of room. Great location to the Osceola Heritage Park. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

They had no TV’s in the bedroom only in the living room and the owner filed a claim and we left the house as we received it I recommend taking pictures before you leave
