Amazing communication, my family enjoyed the house the kids were so happy the water park and all the great things they have there were definitely a big help to keep the kids happy! Definitely a great host!!!!!

The townhome was spacious and clean. Our grandkids loved their Disney themed bedrooms. Dan was a wonderful host, quickly answering our questions and doing his best to be helpful.The resort pool/lazy river area was beautiful.The only problem we had was with the people in the units beside us. They were smoking marijuana through out the night and during the afternoon and evening hours. We did not want to be outside in our townhome's pool/lanai area, as we don't enjoy that or want our small grandkids smelling that or exposed to that. Also there was a lot of very loud music outside during the day and inside their units throughout the night hours. We could hear it through the walls. Unfortunately, the resort's security was not very helpful. So be aware that is a possibility if you stay at Windsor Island Resort.
