About this house rental
Welcome to the Lake Sinclair Shore! Come getaway from the city to relax on the lake with family or friends. This is a SMART home and you’ll be able to easily play your music all throughout the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, open floor plan, outdoor ping pong table, firepit, dock that is perfect for catching panfish or bass, and offsite boat ramp.
The Space
Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom with attached bathroom, on second floor.
Bathroom 1: Primary Large Bathroom with 2 separate vanities with shower/tub combo, second floor.
Bedroom 2: Queen Beds and Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, on main floor.
Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed, on main floor.
Bathroom 2: One vanity with shower/tub combo, on main floor.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with island. Desk with large monitor located in kitchen if you need a place to work from the lake.
Dining: 2 large dining tables (one in breakfast nook and one in dining area overlooking living room with view of lake)
Living Room: 3 large sofas with smart TV
Amenities:
Smart Home with tablet to control all music, lights, security cameras and fans
High speed fiber optic internet
Off site boat ramp
Mooring whips to easily tie up your boat to the dock
Dock directly on lake for fishing, swimming and suntanning

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the main floor, second floor and the entire yard. The basement is currently off limits and is used for storage.
Other things to note:
No smoking inside home
No pets allowed (we are open to considering one hypoallergenic pet under 50 lbs if you message the host details about your pet. Must be well potty trained.)
No events or parties
No diving off dock (the water levels fluctuate so no diving in case of low water levels). Please practice safe swimming.
We have two security cameras. 1 camera at front door and 1 camera on deck. This is only for security purposes to keep everyone safe. You will have access to the security cameras from tablet.

The property was well set up. It felt almost like staying over at a friend's house. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive and helpful. So happy we stayed here as it was a great experience - our kiddos caught their first fish on the dock! If I'm ever visiting the area again I know where to look.

This house is a little piece of heaven on the lake! It has great lake views and a nice area to swim off the dock for kids, teens, or adults! The house is very comfortable with the cutest decor and my teenagers and young adults were impressed with the awesome sound system and "smart" controls. It's off the beaten path which is exactly what we needed and wanted for family time! You can drive to locations to rent jet ski's which was great as the lake was very warm in August during our trip. Highly recommend! Pack your groceries and swim suits and get away to the lake!

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The hosts were quick to respond to every question/request. This is a perfect place on the lake in a quiet cove with friendly neighbors. The kids and adults enjoyed the paddle boards and fishing from the roomy dock. We had plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen to cook for our family. The wrap around deck overlooking the lake was awesome. We already miss this place and being to able to enjoy music on the entire property.
