Lovely Vacation Rental Home is situated across the street from the nature preserve/lagoon. 3 bedroom 2 bath large, single level, single family residence in Oceano. The living room has a decorative (non-op) fireplace, TV with digital cable, wireless internet and a sofa sleeper. Washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV with digital cable. The second bedroom has a queen and an extra-long twin. Third bedroom has two standard twin beds. Charcoal BBQ.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house bigger than expected. Fit our family well. Good location. Just some notes. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Spiders inside and out back. Carpets are stained. Not a lot of extras such as dish soap and such. But knowing this I probably would stay again because all in all it was a good size house.

The location was great. Close to everything and lots to do around. We all had a comfortable stay and the amenities were all there. Could use some TLC, but I would stay there again. Good for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious, but very old. Many dishes in the cupboard were dirty and no wine glasses! Who doesn't have wine glasses! Couldn't get TV in master to work, fireplace didn't work, and blew a fuse right when we turned on a light. But plenty of room for two families.

Nice home, huge garage that fit 8 motorcycles easily, and the location was incredible - blocks from the beach! Clean and well maintained, I would recommend this rental! Property mgmt company also very helpful, available pretty much any time, and professional. THANK YOU!

It was close to a mini mart store to small quick items. The Mexican restaurant Nextdoor was nice to be close to. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad. The house felt a little dirty as soon as you walked in. The carpets are very worn and dirty, don’t walk barefoot. There was dust everywhere and cobb webs in the skylights. The master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on with a huge dip in the middle. So this place is good for a couple days but if you want to stay a week I would recommend choosing another place.
