About this house rental
Relax in this recently updated waterfront, 3 bedroom home with private heated pool and dock just minutes to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. It is a little piece of heaven and guests have loved. It's less than 2 miles to the horse show via golf cart or bike and less than 2 miles by car or cart to the Adequan Global Dressage and Derby fields. Or if Polo is your preference we are less than 10 minutes to the National Polo Club. After a day of equestrian activities, or golf, or fishing, come home to the expansive pool area with tranquil views to the lagoon. The large master suite has a private bath and patio doors that open to the pool area. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bath. The open floor plan makes for easy living with a natural flow between kitchen, living and dining room. The office alcove is perfect for remote working in Florida's beautiful climate. The house is just a short distance to a Publix supermarket, Starbucks and Dunkin, a pharmacy, hardware store, dry cleaning and dining so you never have to travel far. Wellington has many great restaurants to explore and they deliver. The horse show features "Saturday Night Lights" with some of the world's top show jumpers and hunters under the lights in the International Arena. If you rent a golf cart, it will be an easy in and out for all the activities at WEF. If you want to venture further, Palm Beach and the Atlantic Coast is only 30 minutes. Palm Beach international airport is only 25 minutes away so flying in and out couldn't be easier! Boating, fishing and golf are all nearby. Lion Country Safari is a fun adventure for the kids. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with many year round residents. We will be continuing to improve the house over the next few months with some added windows, window treatments, more furniture and improved landscaping. As the upgrades continue, we will add new photos. Dogs are welcome under 50 lbs, no puppies. Dogs must be preapproved. We may have more dates available than are shown on the calendar so ask us. Long term off season rental may also be available at a reduced rate. Our caretaker, will let you into the house. He is just a short distance away if you need anything. We were a premier host for years in Vermont and always got 5 star reviews. We will be working hard to make this a special little gem in Wellington! Because this is our vacation retreat too, we want it to be as nice for us as it is for you. Discounts for longer stays. Ask the owner.

The host Mary was welcoming and communicative (Always responded in a timely manner, and with clarity). The home was in prime location for privacy, yet perfectly placed to get to and from the horse show/pologrounds as well as grocery stores and tasty treats (restaurants). The open concept allows for sharing and caring moments with family, as well as the well kept heated pool, and grill on an enclosed/screened in patio. With beautiful lake views. Truly a great home, to enjoy some R&R & or family time. Fav restaurants; Kaluz, Kontiki, Mole, & Oli’s.

This is our second time to this lovely Wellington home. It suits all our needs-clean, nice, comfortable, pool, and great location. Owner is responsive, kind, and cares about the home. Highly recommend.
