We have visited Blueys and stayed at Villa Manyana for over 20 years. It’s a great location. However each year there seems to be more and more rules applied to inhibit having a fun time. This year it was a long list of: no noise at any time, no parties, no extra guests, no noise, no ball games, no skateboarding, no noise. Plus the threat of on the spot fines or eviction. I don’t think we will be visiting again.

This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with.
We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix.
The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean.
