Welcome to your newly renovated beachfront condo on the 17th floor at Seychelles Beach Resort, Panama City Beach! Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. With beach access just steps away, indulge in sun-soaked relaxation or take a dip in one of two pools (1 heated!) or hot tub. Conveniently located next door to the family-friendly Schooners Beach Bar and Grill, it's only a 7-minute drive to downtown PCB & just 10 minutes to the iconic Pier.
Condo Amenities:
Kitchen: Oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots/pans, Tupperware, full kitchenware.
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, private full bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan.
Hallway: 2 Twin Bunk Beds.
Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, 65" 4k Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan.
Washer/dryer in the unit.
Amenities: Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler Bag (Ice machine on lower level of parking structure), iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/Smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.
Games: Playing cards, board games, beach games.
Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.
Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.

** Due to the high humidity in our coastal environment, the air conditioning system must remain ON at all times during your stay. Please do not turn the thermostat off, even when leaving the property.
To prevent excessive moisture, condensation, mildew, and mold growth, the thermostat should be maintained between 70°F and 76°F. Additionally, exterior doors and balcony doors should remain closed when the air conditioning is operating.
Turning off the air conditioning or leaving exterior doors open for extended periods can result in excessive indoor humidity, damage to furnishings and property, and may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges.
** VRBO & Direct Booking Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.

This condo is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, generously stocked, and perfectly located. We enjoyed our long weekend at this unit. The owners were very attentive and communicated easily. We had no problems during our stay. We appreciated the Kcup coffee machine in the kitchen. Although we did not cook or prepare any food during our stay, we did notice that the kitchen is well equipped. The balcony is a great size and the outdoor furniture is heavy and great quality. We would definitely stay here again.
