House is set up perfectly from the 2 min walk to the beach, nice pool, fun little bay park nearby, and quiet non crowded white sand beaches. Kids loved it, and Adults loved it. We have vacationed in the Santa Rosa Beach area for over 10 years and this was by far the best set up place overall we have stayed. Only thing Santa Rosa/Destin area has on Cape San Blas/Port St. Joe Area is much more clear oceans.

We had a wonderful time here. The home was gorgeous spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes silverware and cookware. The walkway to the beach was very well kept and just a short distance from the Tipsy Turtle. You could sit outside on the screened in porch and watch and listen to the waves of the ocean. The only downfall to our trip was the weather, it rained much more than we anticipated. We still had an awesome time!!! Thanks!! We hope to see you again soon!!!! Kelley Phillips and family
