About this house rental
My place is close to downtown Nashville. You'll love my place because there are two individual suites. Each bedroom has their own individual private bathroom. Each suite also has it's own private kitchen and washroom. This property is also adjacent to another property that
we have listed. If booked together both homes can host a large group of up to 22 people. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

-Mulitple Smart TV and Cable TV for your leisure
-High Speed Wifi Internet
-Infant and toddler PlayPen access with baby gate avaiable in the home.

With family and friends coming to Nashville for a wedding from all over the country, it was great to have such a roomy place where we all had space and private bathrooms.
The two things I would suggest be addressed (and this is frequently an issue at VRBO): not enough plates/bowls/silverware. If we all had cereal for breakfast, we had to run the dishwasher even though it wasn’t full, for example. The other issue was that it could use a deeper clean. The cabinets in the downstairs kitchen were sticky, the door to the front, downstairs bathroom was dirty, the place was clean overall, but some attention to detail would be needed.
Overall, comfortable and convenient location.

Good location for our stay. Convenient to everywhere. We could have used more towels. There were two per bathroom for three days. Could have used more trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher. It was a bit overpriced but nice.

Perfect location. $8-$10 Uber ride to downtown. We had the entire house rented which was perfect for 4 couples - king beds and ensuites in each room.
House could use a really good deep clean but other than that, it was good.
