One bedroom and one bathroom apartment with pool and garage included in the price. Enjoy our open view apartment, fully equipped. Furnished terrace. Elevator, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, full kitchenware, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

Beautiful residential very close to the golf course, 500 m. The beach is 2 km away, where there is a 7 km long promenade, which connects the ends of our beaches in Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, ideal for walking, doing sports or cycling with the family.
2 km from the beach, 500 m Isla Canela Golf Course, 2 km from Ayamonte, 60 km to Faro, 60 km to Huelva and 170 km to Seville.

Dear guest, to get from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment:
You must leave again through the entrance barrier to the port and continue along Mojarra Avenue in direction of the main and largest roundabout at the Punta del Moral tourist exit.
(You must continue to the right in the direction of Ayamonte)
You must go through the boat roundabout and continue forward about 3km. You will see another roundabout with a cream colored residential, that is Residencial Las Marismas!
