This charming and convenient vacation rental condo is nestled along the Lake Kalamazoo waterfront and offers a serene retreat just a short walk from the heart of downtown Saugatuck.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, tastefully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. The living room features plush seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Large windows fill the space with natural light and french doors lead to a private patio and association pool access.
EATING
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for creating perfect meals and is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen opens to a cozy built in dining nook and you can find additional seating at the oversized breakfast bar.
SLEEPING
As the day winds down, retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Primary bedroom offers a queen bed, private balcony and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom also features a queen bed and additional guest room has a twin bed. An additional full bath accommodates the guest rooms and a 1/2 bath is located on the main floor.
PARKING
There is space for two vehicles.

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service. Unfortunately, the pool was closed still for our stay (early May) but we'd love to come back in the warmer months. We wished we would've booked our trip for longer. We enjoyed our stay. The property is .6 miles walk to downtown Saugatuck and .6 miles to downtown Douglas so it is perfectly situated. The pool was great. Very clean and it was 80 degrees on September 15 which felt perfect on an 80 degree day.
