The rental was exactly as advertised and very clean. Quiet area and great view of the golf course. Would definitely rent again.

Just a couple of hassles. The pass pick up information that we received by email was wrong. We went to the office on New Orleans road and they told us to go back to the pass office in PD. When the office staff member called the pass office, the pass office had the dates wrong. Once we got to the pass office, everything was fine. Just that extra driving at the end of a day of driving was annoying.
The other issue is (and was last year) the code to get into the pool. The code that was sent to us did not work and people in the pool had to tell us a different code to get in and out. I appreciate the need for a code, since a previous year there was a group of 8 or so workers who decided to strip down and cool off in the pool while our family (and small kids) was there (!). But if you're going to do a code, do it right...(and the baby pool was a mess) But the property itself is fantastic. Just what we need and what we expect in HHI. Will likely rent again next year.
